Tall Peruvian Passport Skirt We found the inspiration for this exotic skirt in a tiny shop on the coast of Spain. A sheer voile top layer shimmers with silver metallic pinstriping over a just below the knee pink cotton lining. Gold and pink metallic ribbon highlights the wrap-around waist with side tie. Asymmetrical "handkerchief" hemline can float to 5" longer in the front, while the back measures 31" in length. Fuchsia. Cotton. Relaxed fit. Washable. Imported. Only at Soft Surroundings.
