Who the Heck is Tom Mix?

n nTom Mix was the top cowboy of American silent films. Mix was known for his daring stunts, and as years passed became equally famous for his elaborate cowboy outfits; he's the model for the dandyish, squeaky-clean movie cowboy that was much parodied in later years.

nPart of the dandy image was the hat he wore and made famous. Stetson does a fantastic job on this 5X fur felt hat. The crown dramatically slopes from 6 1/2" in the back to 4" in the front. It has a 5" bound edged brim and 1 3/4' band. Available in Silver Belly only.

nPlease note - The "Tom Mix" does not come with an official Stetson hat box. Unfortunately, the hat was just too darn big for Stetson to provide one of their fancier boxes. The only box it will arrive in will be the plain brown shipping box.n nnn
