Velvet is luscious, tactile and rich in color. It has been used to decorate this hat in varying ways. The flower feels like a rose due to the soft texture of the velvet. This material is echoed around the 5" high round crown and along the edge of the 4" wide brim. The wool has been treated with TEFLONŽ Fabric Protector, so rain and stains won't damage the hat.
