The Doll hat (named due to it's small size) has made a comeback from the 18th century. The sinamay straw Mini Tophat with Ruffles is great for an event, it's small size won't hinder anyone's view or your mobility. This hat should be worn forward and tilted above the right eye. The 3" high slanted crown has a 1 1/2" wide brim. The swirl and ruffle trim is made from the same sinamay straw. Secure the hat upon your head with the haircomb and elastic (that is worn behind your ears and along the base of the back hairline). Available color: Light Blue. Available size: One size fits most.
