The Shelley Cloche differs greatly from the Flora Cloche in basic elements. The 5" high round crown has a linear line that wraps all around and comes to a dipped point at the front-side of the hat. Centered within that V-point is a small rose. The barely there brim, is round, a fabric covered tube of soft foam. Wear this hat down low, over the tops of the ears for that Flapper girl look. Wear the flower to any side, your choice. Available colors: Black and Cotton Candy Pink. Available size: One size fits most. n
