<< 164. If you haven’t worn some clothes, shoes, and accessories for several years, consider selling them. You can use the money to purchase items you will wear.

168. When you want to buy an article of clothing, a pair of shoes, a pair of hose, a piece of jewelry, or some other item to match items in your wardrobe, take the items with you to make sure you match them correctly. 169. When hose or panty hose get small “picks,” wear them inside out; and the small “picks” will be less noticeable.

170. Wear knee highs rather than hose or panty hose with slacks. Knee highs should be sufficient and generally are cheaper than hose or panty hose.
