They 'flow' within the pillow to mold to your body, cradling your neck and back. The plush, non-pill fleece exterior is machine washable and the buckwheat hulls can be removed for a better fit. Buckwheat hulls are separated from the seeds during milling and do not attract insects making them an ideal filling. Available in Arctic Blue (Black is no longer available).
