It features three compartments. One side compartment has a snap closure and the other a zippered closure. The center unzips and opens to large organizational compartment that contains pen and pencil holder, calculator and cell phone pocket, 6 inch zippered pocket, business card holder, one 8 inch zippered pocket and one open pocket. There are two gusseted pockets on the front with zipper closure and two padded handles. Leather shoulder strap is 30 inches long. The tote is very functional and looks great.
